Conditions of Use

Our Buyer Guarantee

Creative works sold through EazyEcommerce.com are guaranteed to:

• work across all common browsers (Internet Explorer 6+, FireFox 2+, Opera 9+, Safari 3+, Google Chrome 1+).
• adhere to the standard framework of the website platform (i.e. Zen Cart, osCommerce, phpBB, etc.) for creative works created specifically for a platform (platform specific works).
• adhere to common coding standards for the programming or design language in which the creative work is written.
• specify the full contents and features of the creative work in the product description prior to purchase and download of the said product.
  EXCEPTION: creative works for a specific platform do not need to reiterate the common features of the platform, but must disclose of all additional features and changes.

Zen Cart Templates

Zen Cart templates will include all of the standard features and the following standard pages will be uniquely designed:

• Main page
• Standard two column login page
• Product info page
• Product listing page
• All checkout pages

Modules

All modules must meet the following specifications to be sold through EazyEcommerce.com:

• Contain complete documentation to install and uninstall the product
• Define whether the module is open or closed source
• Provide updates for the specified time period from the purchase of the module as defined in the module description by the seller
• Contain a license document outlining any additional terms in addition to those required by EazyEcommerce.com

Licenses

Non-unique Template License

The creative work can be sold to multiple buyers through EazyEcommerce.com. The buyer may only use the creative work within a single domain. For additional domains, a subsequent non-unique license must be purchased through EazyEcommerce.com. Creative works purchased under this license cannot be resold and remain the property of EazyEcommerce.com and its respective sellers.

Unique Template License

Purchasing a unique template license gives the buyer full ownership of the creative work. EazyEcommerce.com will remove the creative work from the marketplace and ensure that the seller is notified of the transfer of ownership rights.

Exchange Policy

EazyEcommerce.com does not offer a refund policy. However, EazyEcommerce.com will offer the buyer an exchange or correction to the purchased creative work at the discretion of EazyEcommerce.com in such cases where the above buyer guarantee has not been met for the creative work.

Exchanges will be for creative works of an equal or lesser value than the creative work being exchanged by the buyer. Buyers will be limited to selecting a similar product type (i.e. a Zen Cart template can only be exchanged for a Zen Cart template, but the category of Zen Cart template does not need to be the same).

Corrections will be offered in such cases where a syntactical error in the programming or design of the creative work has caused any of the above guarantees to not be met. If EazyEcommerce.com chooses to modify the work, rather than offer an exchange, a time estimate for the correction will be provided to the buyer within 24 hours. If the estimated time required is greater than 5 business days from the date of the estimate, the buyer will have the opportunity to deny the correction and request an exchange.

Requests for exchanges or corrections must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, no exceptions.
